DTG T-Shirt Printer

The H-3040T is a direct-to-garment (DTG) inkjet printer engineered for small-to-medium apparel customization businesses. Powered by an Epson XP600 piezo electric printhead made in Japan, it delivers vibrant, full-color prints at resolutions up to 2880 × 720 DPI on a 29 × 39 cm print area — large enough for standard T-shirt fronts and backs.

A servo motor-driven flatbed transports garments smoothly and supports material up to 8 cm thick, so users can print not only T-shirts but also hoodies, socks, masks, and canvas bags without changing platens. Three print modes — 8 pass, 12 pass, and 16 pass — let operators balance speed and quality on the fly, with a typical T-shirt finished in just 2 minutes at roughly $0.15 ink cost per piece using the CMYK 4-color continuous supply system.

The H-3040T ships with a built-in Windows Mini PC and connects via Wi-Fi or network cable, controlled through the Colorpark H5 App for design, RIP, and queue management.
